Frequently Asked Questions

What are the benefits of window tinting?
Tinting helps block heat, reduce glare, and protect against harmful UV rays. It also enhances privacy, improves driving comfort, and protects your car’s interior from fading and cracking.
Is window tint legal in Malaysia?
Yes, but it must follow JPJ guidelines. Front windscreen must allow at least 70% visible light transmission (VLT), front side windows 50%, and rear windows can be darker. We offer options that comply with local regulations.
How long does the tinting process take?
Typically, it takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on your vehicle size and the number of windows being tinted.
How long will the tint last?
High-quality films can last 7–10 years or more, depending on exposure, maintenance, and usage. All our films come with a manufacturer warranty
Will the tint fade or turn colour over time?
Not with the films we use. We only install high-quality nano-ceramic and hybrid films that are color-stable and resist fading or discoloration.
Does the tint go on the inside or outside of the window?
All our tints are installed on the inside of the window, ensuring maximum durability and protection from the elements
Will the tint fade or turn colour over time?
Not with the films we use. We only install high-quality nano-ceramic and hybrid films that are color-stable and resist fading or discoloration.
How do I take care of tinted windows?
Use soft cloths and ammonia-free cleaners. Avoid using sharp or rough materials when wiping the inside, as they can scratch the film. Also, avoid sticking any suction-based items (like phone holders, shades, car cam) on the tinted surface, especially within the first few days, as the film is still curing and hasn’t fully adhered yet.
Does tinting affect visibility at night?
We offer films with high heat rejection and high clarity, even with lower VLT. We’ll help you choose a shade that balances daytime privacy and nighttime safety
